This website is run by The IDC National DanceSport Federation Limited, trading as DanceSport Federation of Ireland (DFI). We are a company limited by guarantee, registered in Ireland, company number 545056.

This page covers this website. It does not cover how we run membership, competitions and payments. Those have their own forms and processes. For details, email us at info@dancesport.ie.

What we collect on this website

Contact form: your name, email address, the subject and your message.

Technical data: your IP address and information from cookies, so the site works and stays secure.

We do not ask for payment details on this website. We do not collect health or other sensitive information through it.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not make automated decisions or build profiles about you.

Why we use it

Contact form: to read and answer your message. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping a record of them.

Who sees it

Your message goes to the DFI mailbox. Our email is hosted by HostGator. Wix, which hosts this website, also keeps a copy of form submissions.

Wix may process data outside the EU and EEA. We rely on Wix's data processing terms for the safeguards that apply.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for 3 years, then delete them.
